Shipping Policies

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for in stock items to ship. Please keep in mind that we are closed on Fridays and the weekends, so any order placed after 5PM on Thursday will not be processed until the following Monday. Your order will ship via UPS Ground, and generally takes between 1 to 4 days to get to you depending on where you live. Please allow ample time for your shipment to arrive.

Returns

Need to return something? Let us help! First, you must have a valid receipt or a packing slip. Got that? Great, please proceed! Returning in person, please bring the receipt or packing slip and the merchandise to your closest campus store. If returning by mail, make sure to include your receipt or your packing slip in your return. You will be responsible for shipping the items back to us. Any questions, just ask!

Textbooks/Course Materials

• Refunds will be given within one week of the start of classes. Any purchases made after that will have two days for a full refund.
• Any textbooks or course materials purchased during the last week of classes or during mid-terms or final exams are a final sale.

Digital Course Materials

• Refunds will be given within one week of the start of classes as long as no material has been downloaded or accessed. Any purchases made thereafter, will have two days for a full refund, unless any of the materials has been accessed or downloaded and then it will not be refunded. Any digital material that is purchased during the last week of classes or during mid-terms or final exams will be a final sale.

Other Merchandise

• All other merchandise that is unopened and in its original condition can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
